We do not offer refunds based on the grade you receive on your academic performance, or any disciplinary action taken by your institution. It is your responsibility to use the knowledge and skills gained through tutoring to create your own original work and to adhere to your institution’s academic integrity policies.
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.
